Managed and coordinated IA resources and project progress. Created a framework that:
* Clarified the mission and vision of the project, balancing the needs of the organization and the needs of the audience.
* Helped determine what content and functionality the site would contain.
* Specified how users would find the information defining the organization, navigation, labeling and searching systems.
* Mapped out how the site would accommodate change and growth over time.
* Wrote Usability Test Scripts, oversaw testing and reviewed testing results to identify areas that required attention.

Functional Lead & Information Architect - NBC.com
Authored, managed and executed the implementation details, identified production milestones. Evaluated production resource and time requirements, integration of graphical and programming elements, creation of site diagrams, functional schematics and identification of all content modules. Supervised, advised and trained production team. Created navigation structure and interface layouts in conjunction with the Design Team. Reviewed graphic elements, navigation system, frame arrangement, etc., in relation to all technical/production factors of the site for feasibility, web-translatability, and usability.

Project Manger - NBC Store
Managed all stages of development from proposals and requirements definition through development, testing, and implementation for $100k to $500k. Responsibilities include acting as the main client contact, managing client expectations, assembling and managing a project team, providing (accurate) work estimates, creating a project plan and budget estimates, managing project financials and contracts, writing project documentation, managing project timeline, tracking actuals and reporting project status. Have a solid understanding of each functional area in the company in order to effectively sell and manage those aspects of our services.

Intern Supervisor
Spearheaded effort to create an internship program. All interns are currently part of the NBC Team, but future plans for expansion are being considered. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing all interns.
